These terms and conditions of sale (TCS) apply to all orders placed on the website of Inspector Gadget, a micro-enterprise registered with the RCS of Lille under number 882 031 230, whose head office is located at 38 boulevard Carnot, 59800 Lille, France.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site. Inspector Gadget takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the customer’s information.

3. Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Inspector Gadget reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order.

4. Orders

5. Payment

6. Shipping

Packages are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is “Colissimo tracked”. Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal costs. Your order is delivered to your home within 48/72 hours. Delays may apply if there are health restrictions in the country.
